gone google!
not a day passed when i din’t think of my future with Google from a month. the most awaited Google’s written test results appeared. huh, destiny plays the same damm game with me, again!
out of the 1200 students that gave the test, Google was merciful enough to select 60 for the further rounds. i sincerely hoped that i might have a shot at that but donno what went wrong. things lately i my life have not been going my way at all. if i ever get to see god, i have a question for him…
if a person can’t get what he wants, why do you make him want that in the first place?!
so much catching up!
so much to write. 32 days since i last posted anything here. i dont see why i stopped filling in my blog in first place? there are many things that are different now from then.
the first one to mention about would be me! i went home in between and when i was to return, i was down with a bad flu for about a week which burned at least 5 kgs! it was a tough time as i was ill and the dates for final review and comprehensive test were nearing. finally when i returned to VIT, i was so badly in shape that my father had to arrange a person to carry me from hyderabad to vellore (not literally!). and you won’t believe, the instant i stepped into college, my health restored. such is the air of VIT!
the second change around me is the change of my lappy. i changed my laptop to hp mini, the cute one. it is slightly bigger than the HTC HD2 mobile and a lot smaller than my last laptop. though there’s one hitch here. the mini runs on the intel atom processor, not so powerful one. but so far so good. the processor is comfortably supporting the use of all the applications the i generally use, except games! in short, change from…
compaq to hp -> good!
amd to atom -> bad!!
motion games to flash games -> sad!!!
and of course the farewell party! i missed the buffet that was arranged that night of the photo session. now don’t ask what photo session?! you know that i am in final year, right? though missed the dinner, i was at the photo session anyhow. the dress code for guys was formals and gals was, i am guessing, sarees. oh boy, i never thought the gals of my batch had so much in them. i suppose its the saree effect that added up!
